One must possess the M.Sc. in Geology degree to start his career as a geologist. One can also pursue the Ph.D. too. To get into the bachelor degree one must have passed the 10+2 level with good aggregate marks. One can pursue bachelor and master degree in petroleum geology, structural geology, environmental geology, isotope, volcanology and many more.
